BloggingZoom – Tool for bloggers

Last time I heard there were over 11 million blogs in existence on the web. There are all kinds of blogs. Some blogs are just for making money, or trying to make money. Some blogs are just about the daily events in a person’s life.
Whatever your blog is about, there is a new tool available to help you out. BloggingZoom is a tool you can use to get your blog articles promoted.
I gave the tool a quick run through to see how it works. I found that they publish an article reference post that you create on their tool that helps your blog article get more exposure. If you’re on the low end of the blogging spectrum and spend most of your time waiting for the search engines to index your article, this tool will be a very useful tool for you! When you create your article reference post about your article, the tool will create a link to your article from their site. When the search engines read their site which includes your post, the search engines are directed to your article.
If you’re an established blogger making millions of dollars, there is still a reason for you to use the BloggingZoom tool. When you submit your article reference post, it is placed on a page with other articles written on the same subject. Can anyone say “keyword
So specifically, what can BloggingZoom do for you? They claim they can expose your article to search engines and promote your individual post about your article. Let’s see how they do this.
Expose your articles to search engines – Big deal! If you have an article, already published on the web, it is exposed to the search engines already. I think what they should be saying is, they can expose your article to the search engines quickly. If you’re like most bloggers, you publish an article, and wait for your article to be indexed by the search engines. From what I can see the reference article posts published on BoggingZoom are read the next day. This is important because the search bots will read that link to your article, and make a dash to read your article.
Promote your article reference post – They are not promoting your article, they are promoting your post on their site about your article. Because of this make sure the description you use on the reference post is interesting and detailed. I’m sure that’s why there is a 350 word minimum on the article reference post. They promote your post on all kinds of pages. Your post is promoted on a subject category page, like movies, entertainment, real estate, etc. I would think the subjects would be expanded in the near future. They are too general right now. They also promote your post on archive pages. Archive pages would be last month, this year, yesterday, etc. And finally, if it is a great article, they promote your post on their front page, or the front page of a subject. If your posts get enough votes (YES! You vote on articles!) it gets placed with other great authors! Oh….the fame!!!! This has to be the best thing about this tool. You could be a blogger who just started out, and still be in the running with other bloggers that have been in the blogging world for years.
They also say they do other things, but basically they are exposing your article to search engines, and promoting your article post!
OK, so what’s the price for this service. What do ya think….$25 per year? $5 per post. How about….a big goose egg! That’s right — zero — as in FREE! I ask you, how the heck could you possibly loose?
Here’s their biggest claim. “We can create a massive resource that gets articles ranked highly in google in almost every competitive term.†WOW! That’s quite a statement! I’m not going to say anything about their ability to do this until I test out the tool. I will be testing their tool. In my quick evaluation of their tool I would say this is quite possible.
BloggingZoom is in my opinion, one of those win-win situations. You the blogger (YES, You have to be a blogger) have nothing to loose and everything to gain. You win automatically!
Since we all have room for improvement, I have a few suggestions for the tool:
The ZOOM Logo – Nice logo! I would redo the logo by adding a transparent border around it. That way the copy does not run into the logo and make it look bad on someone’s web page.
Change your claim about exposing your article to search engines by adding the word quicker. I think this is what you’re doing. Or how about this “We can expose your article to search engines, and in most cases a lot quicker than you can.â€
In summary, from what I can tell, this is one fantastic tool for the blogger. I am familiar with the creators of this tool. It will work, and it will be valuable. So let’s all go out and start posting our reference post in the BloggingZoom about every article on our site. You can do this with BloggingZoom because they have no limit on how many articles you promote. Coming up in the near future will be the test of this tool.

“The ZOOM Logo”
We are still in Beta stage as most know we started our platform with and Open Source base and we have changed quite a bit of the code to do what we want it to do. But when we launch Version 1.0 of Blogging Zoom many surprises will come and the logo and look will be one of those.
